Exchange and Refund Policy
At Green Bear we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return a full price item, we accept returns in unworn, new condition for refund or exchange. Before asking an exchange, please send us an e-mail attaching the pictures about the damaged shoes or the reason why you want to get a refund to email@example.com. Take into account this is a necessary step for the exchange or refund process. Orders have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for exchange or refund. All footwear must be returned with the original, undamaged, unmarked Green Bear shoe bag, inside of a separate shipping boxmarked with the RMA#. Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Escala Creativa S.A.S. offers Free Ground shipping to you on your first exchange item for orders within Colombia. For exchanges outside of Colombia, standard shipping charges will apply.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Escala Creativa S.A.S. does not refund shipping charges. Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.
Physical Retail Store and Other Online Retail Purchases unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds from www.greenbearshoes.com.
These return shippings would be made through Deprisa/Avianca (inside Colombia) or through DHL (international shippings).
We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.
